Description
1. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the leadership team
2. Lead and manage a team within the Human Resources Department
3. Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
5. Manage the recruitment and selection process
6. Support business needs through the development and management of talent
7. Assess training needs and monitor training programs
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
