The opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a rapidly growing division within VML Enterprise Solutions. We've abandoned the "Big Bold Launch" (BBL) approach in favour of Always Be Launching (ABL). ABL is a continuous stream of compelling, bold, witty, occasionally disruptive, and most-importantly, memorable campaigns that last not 2-5 weeks, but 52 weeks. As a Marketing Manager in our specialist Healthcare division, you'll design, implement, and execute our ABL strategy. You'll craft creative campaigns aimed at our pharmaceutical clients that stand out from the constant, generic marketing noise on digital platforms. Your goal is to execute campaigns that are different, better, special – the magical triad of strategic marketing. What you’ll be doing: Craft a Compelling Narrative: Develop and execute an Always Be Launching (ABL) marketing strategy to build long-term relationships with potential customers through a compelling narrative that resonates with their needs and challenges. Define Value and Messaging: Define clear and compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for our SaaS products and the division as a whole, ensuring consistency and impact across all communication channels. Develop Marketing Materials: Support the development of high-quality marketing collateral and sales tools that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value to target audiences. Drive Product Adoption and Retention: Implement ABL strategies to drive product adoption, usage, and retention, ensuring customers understand the full magical potential of our SaaS platform offerings. Optimise Marketing Spend: Analyse data and insights to determine the most effective Google Ad and LinkedIn paid campaigns and optimise budget allocation for maximum ROI in line with the ABL strategy. Capture and Act on Insights: Collaborate with our growth, product, and account teams to gather and analyse marketing insights. Utilise these insights to then tell us what our future products should look like and how best to market them.
