Blackford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our dynamic Customer Operations team.
The Clinical Lead provides clinical support to the execution of the Blackford product offering and along all parts of the customer journey. This enables Blackford’s customers to achieve desired outcomes from the use of Blackford’s platform.
This role will contribute to the successful adoption of Blackford’s product portfolio through expert product knowledge, training and best-in-class industry and clinical (Radiology) workflow expertise. These efforts will provide significant value to Blackford’s customers as they work to achieve specific outcomes through the adoption of Blackford’s platform and AI software products made available via that platform.
This provides the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups including sales, marketing, product delivery, customer support & success, product management and development.
Blackford’s clinical operations team leverages self-serve, virtual, in-person and hybrid delivery approaches to meet diverse customer needs.
