Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a SME Manufacturer to recruit for a permanent Account Administrator
This role will need a real all rounder as the team consists of The Financial Controller and this position only
Salary – £25,000 to £30,000
Monday to Friday (4 x days of 8am to 5pm and 1 x day of 8am to 2pm)
Daily duties
· Oversee invoice control and general upkeep of MIS database.
· Credit control
· Undertake account opening routines such as credit checks, allocation of credit limits and issuing of Pro-forma invoices
· setting up new customer accounts in the system.
· Order Materials to ensure production are able to meet required orders within the required timescales.
· Liaising with suppliers and production staff as appropriate.
· Recording payments into cashbook and entering onto system.
· Sales Invoicing and raising credit notes.
· Recording and updating shorts & lates report.
· Maintaining courier spreadsheets.
· Booking overseas deliveries and producing export paperwork i.e commercial invoices.
For this role we need someone who has previous accounts experience in Purchase and sales ledger, credit control as well as a general administrator
