About Our Client
New Exciting 6 Month Temporary Position for an Experienced Accounts Receivable Manager in Godalming.
Job Description
* Provide leadership, support and guidance to the Income Team.
* Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system where needed.
* Overseeing the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes.
* Providing support to the Financial Controllers on the monthly income reconciliations, communicating to a high standard around any outstanding issues.
* Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
* Own the Gift Aid processing, ensuring the returns are accurate, up-to-date and processed in line with the latest guidance.
* Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.
* Work with internal stakeholders in particular CRM, Digital and Fundraising to build a strong communications channel.
The Successful Applicant
* A successful applicant will be available on short notice & have experience with the above
* Experience in an income/ accounts receivable finance role
* Able to use financial software and systems efficiently to support this.
* You will be comfortable working with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data, across multiple geographies and donation platforms.
* The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships with senior managers and other colleagues.
* May be working towards an accountancy degree
