If so, this could be the job for you In this role you will work to scale up our highly successful community pilot project, Wildlife Champions, to reach a further 17 urban and rural communities in areas of high deprivation across South Gloucestershire and the county of Bristol. Our Wildlife Champions programme is designed to empower and resource community-led action for nature’s recovery, through peer-learning networks, training and mentoring. The successful candidate will recruit, support and mentor Wildlife Champions to act as ambassadors for nature and implement positive actions for the benefit of their communities. This transformative project, supported by the National Lottery Community Fund, is designed to empower a network of people - Team Wilder - to inspire others and put nature at the heart of everyday life.
