Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading, specialist medical manufacturing company in the recruitment of an International Sales Associate. Due to continued growth and development, they are expanding their sales operation and seek an experienced bilingual sales professional. Key Duties: Develop and execute sales plans as per the strategic international business plan. Achieve the sales target as per area of influence. Identify and report business opportunities. Understand and implement client requirements such as training delivery. Assist the Regulatory Team to register products in the target Market. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including New Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance within the organisation. Provide regular reports and updates on performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Requirements Commercial or medical sciences degree Full clean driving license. Ability to achieve DBS & MIA clearance (company sponsored) Minimum 2 year record in external international sales (opening markets/ servicing markets / expanding market share), preferably within health care / medical devices, but will consider wider field Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or French and/or German and/or Italian Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical aspects to diverse audiences. Willingness to travel internationally, 50% of time. Location Sheffield: reliably commute to or plan to relocate before commencement.
