The Role: Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an Internal Sales Team Leader to manage the Internal Sales team, which is based in our Head Office in Glasgow. As the Internal Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Internal Sales Account Managers to ensure effective management and development of business from existing customers, and potential new customers to the Group. This will be a fast paced, rewarding role, in which you will be involved in everything from coaching and developing team members and reviewing internal processes, to carrying out performance reviews and identifying new business opportunities for the Group. Within the role you will also assist in identifying and maximising revenue through effectively cross selling all GAP divisions. The ideal candidate for our Internal Sales Team Leader position must be/have: A proven track record in internal sales, preferably with experience in the Hire/Construction industry. People management experience, with a drive to motivate and develop your team to be the best they can be.
