This role is responsible for organizing, running, and reporting studies of various types and complexity, providing an exciting opportunity for someone looking for stability, variety, and a structured career progression path.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Liaising with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and proper action on all aspects of the study plans for assigned studies.
2. Taking ownership of the day-to-day organization, analysis, and reporting of various studies.
3. Attending and assisting in key elements of the work of assigned studies including monitoring progress and status.
4. Developing protocols and ensuring compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines.
5. Direct preparation of reports, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with the protocol and regulatory requirements.
6. Participating in study-specific client visits as required.

Education:
BSc minimum preferably in life science (MSc/PhD preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
Skills / Experience:
1. Knowledge and/or experience of DART study design and conduct in adherence to regulatory guidance and GLP standards.
2. Knowledge and/or experience in performing various DART studies along with study design and conduct in adherence to regulatory guidance.
3. Strong customer service and communication skills.
4. Knowledge in planning, negotiation, and process innovation.
5. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all staff and management levels.
6. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
