* Deliver a value-add, influential partnering service to key stakeholders.
* Provide management information, financial support, and advice to stakeholders.
* Represent finance at Housing Services Committee and other forums.
Financial Reporting and Budgeting:
* Deliver monthly management accounts, forecasts, and balance sheet reconciliations within timeframes.
* Manage the annual budget cycle, focusing on rent and service charge increases.
Project Support:
* Provide financial insight and intelligence to support business cases and transformational projects.
