Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Customer issue management through close liaison
2. Driving & facilitating problem-solving activities across the business (8D process)
3. Driving customer Quality requirements throughout the Apollo business
4. Managing internal initiatives to enhance product Quality & reliability levels
5. Tracking KPI performance trends & initiating/driving corrective actions.
6. Identify & drive lessons learned activities for process & product.
7. Effectively run continuous improvement activities
