When companies grow, so do you.
At this business, that in the past has meant an administrator becoming a planner. That has taken time, but it shows that it's the type of environment in which you can learn and progress.
With a new practice manager coming in, you'll have a dedicated person to help get the best out of you, which is not something you're currently experiencing.
Here, you'll be the firm's third administrator. You'll join the team that supports the firm's three financial planners, freeing up their time for client work. Your job will be what you'd expect: processing new business, dealing with providers, and helping your planners prepare for client meetings.
There's an attractive starting salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience). Once settled in, you'll have some flexibility about how many days you need to be in the office - the company is thinking 3 in the office with 2 from home.
Alongside that, there's:
* Flexitime
* Free on-site parking
* PMI
* Pension
* Company events
To top it all off, they've been finalists for various awards since they were set up, and they have a 4.9 rating on VouchedFor with dozens of amazing online reviews. It's a well-run, high-quality IFA practice with ongoing plans to grow and get better at what they do.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
You'll have at least a year's experience as an administrator in a financial planning firm. You'll be keen to learn and will be located in the Borehamwood area.
