Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fashion retail store with a well known brand. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager. You will be creating a fun and exciting environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service every day!

Partner with the Store Manager to effectively achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Analyse commercial reports and implement compelling visual displays that enhance product presentation and drive sales.
Proven experience in retail, ideally in roles such as Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and budgets effectively, driving improvements in store performance.
A history of successfully driving sales and achieving performance goals.
A proactive approach to advancing store performance and contributing to overall business success.
