Salary: £24,000-£27,000 (OTE)

FIREHOUSE FITNESS is known for hiring some of the best Membership Consultants in the area. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is target-driven and enthusiastic to work in a sales role within an inclusive, supportive and vibrant team.
Role:
Supporting the business to achieve its monthly membership targets using pro-active sales activity, follow-up and managing pipeline members.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Communicating with members, answering queries and maximising retention and renewals
2. Confidently achieve sales targets including activity key performance indicators (KPI’s)
3. Arranging appointments for potential new members
4. Keeping track of enquiries and leads
5. Handling/managing all membership sales enquiries by email, telephone and Facebook messages and conducting gym tours
6. Experience of lead generation through attendance at outreach events
7. Working with the team, taking full advantage of all cross-sell opportunities/ensuring opportunities to cross sell are not missed

Technical Skills:
1. Experience in a customer facing and sales role
2. Experience of dealing with complaints either face to face or over the phone (ideally both)
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly
4. Ability to positively influence others
5. General IT literate
