Marketing & Business Development Executive

Our client has a vacancy for a Business Development and Marketing Executive to be responsible for managing and attending events and supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their BD action plans and opportunities.
The Role:
1. Supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD action plans
2. Managing and attending events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
3. Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
4. Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gifts for seminars and hospitality events
5. Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for Partners and Fee Earners pitches and tenders
6. Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
7. Coordinating submissions for legal directories
8. Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
9. Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
10. Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms
11. Liaising with stakeholders on PR opportunities
12. Assisting with internal and external communications
13. Dealing with ad-hoc BD & Marketing tasks
Experience in a similar role is essential.
