The role: My client is looking for an additional experienced Delivery Manager to join the team and drive delivery of this ambitious programme. Responsibilities: • Project Management: Leading similar ERP implementation projects from planning to execution, testing and training, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Team Leadership: Managing a team of ERP specialists, developers, and analysts to meet the deliverables and outcomes of the programme. • Stakeholder Management and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. • Vendor Collaboration: Work with selected vendors /SI who configure the ERP system to meet specific business requirements. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Contribute / oversee testing processes to ensure the ERP system is fully functional and meets quality standards. • Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant regulations and maintains data security. • Reporting and Analytics: Report on programme performance and KPIs; analyse data to provide insights into programme delivery performance and system efficiency. Requirements: • Experience: Several years of experience in ERP implementation and management, preferably with a focus on the specific ERP systems and working with multiple partners and vendors across multiple geographies. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in some of the major ERP systems and other relevant software. • Project management skills: Experience in delivering in Waterfall and Agile/Safe Agile projects, using relevant tools (MS Project, JIRA/ADO, Kanban); Planning, budget, resource management. • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, to manage parts of complex programme and senior stakeholders from business and DD&T organisations. • Education: Ideally some form of formal education related to the area of IT, business, project management etc. Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
