This role will focus on providing technical leadership in foundation design, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring effective client communication.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership for offshore wind foundation design projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Collaborate closely with project managers and other engineering disciplines to solve complex design problems.Manage multiple workstreams, including overseeing the work of junior engineers and liaising with fabricators and installation contractors.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.Develop and present project updates, technical reports, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.Proactively identify and address project challenges, managing client expectations and requirements.Take ownership of technical tasks within your area of expertise and provide mentorship to junior team members.Progress towards leading larger projects with appropriate support and guidance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
