As Trade Marketing Manager Res you bring marketing excellence to all our channel partners and points of conversion through a wide range of deliverables. Reporting to the Country Marketing Manager, you deliver the annual local marketing plan which is based on the strategic direction and marketing focus set by the Res and Pro EU Marketing leadership group. Your strength is securing great online and offline visibility for Husqvarna Residential products with all our channel partners. You are the first point of contact for all channel partners, the local sales and marketing teams and central channel marketing leadership team to supply them with promotions, campaigns, online and offline content etc. You help deliver the instore experience, you train dealers to move to a digital marketing agenda and you support channel events and activations. You are a proven marketer with solid experience in channel marketing who isn’t afraid of being close to the action, working to maximize our brand visibility, consumer experience and sales Summary of responsibilities: Be the main point of contact for all channel related marketing topics Strong connection with Channel Marketing leadership team centrally to secure timing & execution at country level Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Business with strong experience in Marketing strategic– preferably international scope Solid marketing experience within a larger organization Strong experience in working in cross functional teams with multiple stakeholders Confident in developing and implementing marketing plans and activities Proven project management experience – used to working towards multiple, tight deadlines simultaneously Proven ability to support business initiatives and development through marketing activation Key Activities: Drive the planning and delivery of channel marketing activations for all local residential channel partners such as dealer, specialist retail etc. Drive the preparation of annual local promotion calendar for residential products including the development of promotional offers in close collaboration with local sales team Develop material and content for all channel partners and points of conversion (based on centrally set templates and content guidelines) such as (but not limited to): instore material, price[1]information, catalogues, campaign material, promotional material etc. Secure translations and local adaptations/localization for centrally produced assets Support the delivery of content toolkits for both online and offline material to channel partners, working to secure excellent visibility at all channel partner touchpoints such as instore, websites, catalogues and social media Support training of channel partners in both offline and online marketing execution to maximize impact of all marketing activations Work closely with the local sales teams to support the identification of new channel opportunities and activations Be first point of contact for local channel partners in all marketing related topics Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications
