Your new role Supporting the Payroll Manager you will ensure the various payrolls are completed with accuracy and on time. Key duties will include:- Process the various weekly & monthly payrolls looking after a total of a 1000 employees Ensure all the payroll deductions to net pay are calculated correctly Assist with the auto-enrollment pension processes Recommend and assist with process improvements Liaise with internal stakeholders What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will already have experience of working within a busy payroll department, and potentially you will be studying towards your CIPP qualification.
