Ashville College is seeking to appoint a full-time, year-round Digital Marketing Officer to cover a one-year maternity leave.
We are looking for an energetic and innovative professional who can bring a dynamic, forward-thinking approach to digital marketing. The successful candidate will be resourceful and proactive, able to craft and implement a structured plan across the College’s digital platforms, driving engagement and recruitment.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications to contribute to and execute the College’s digital strategy, leading specific campaigns aimed at increasing online traffic and generating leads for student recruitment. You will also take ownership of the content management for the College website and external listings, ensuring information is current, optimised, and effectively drives traffic.
We seek a creative and analytical individual who can also take the lead on social media strategy, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and delivers measurable results in terms of reach and engagement. Experience in analysing digital performance metrics is essential to refine and maximise the impact of online campaigns.

The salary for this role is £28,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience.
