Purpose of the job
As a Product Manager you will be empowered to make the best decisions for Chief Technical Office. Alongside the product team, you will be accountable for prioritisation, assessing risks, managing product costs/benefits and help drive the necessary business outcomes. The successful candidate will own the product in its entirely implementing Product Management practices across its lifecycle - from idea, delivery, growth, demise and all operational aspects. The role will be reporting to the head of Workspace within our End user Services group.

In our Workspace team we have an opportunity to hire a Product Manager for Endpoint. This role will encompass the following capabilities: Physical Devices (Laptops / Desktops / Tablets / MacBooks), Virtual Desktop (both On Premise & Cloud) and Peripherals (Monitors / Cameras / Headsets).

* Are keen to experiment and iterate both quickly and responsibly to get both business results and reduce risk
* Monitor and evaluate data from competitors and market trends
* Are strategically minded; able to set a Product vision, direction and intent
* Build the backlog, the roadmap to success and embrace continuous learning
* Engage with industry experts and understand consumption and usage of our products
Key Skills:
* Strong experience in Endpoint in a product owner/manager role
* Extensive experience of supporting or delivering technology in an End User environment.
* Strong Business Analysis / process design/presenting/ Requirements skills
* Experience delivering at various stages of the product lifecycle, define strategy and business cases ideally in an Agile / Scrum environment
* Must have excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills whist possessing positive Leadership skills
* Ability to positively influence, engage and collaborate with Excel Level stakeholders
* Comfortable with experimentation, testing ideas and sharing learnings and insights along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and be comfortable with ambiguity
