The on target earning potential for this role is £37,000 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £32,500, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: Leading and expertly managing all aspects of facility management, ensuring exceptional presentation and outstanding operational standards Thoughtfully reviewing and, where necessary, skilfully producing all procedures and processes for our Health Club Diligently conducting regular walk-rounds with key stakeholders to ensure the Health Club is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained Collaborating closely and proactively with our Executive Housekeeper and Technical Services Manager to ensure minimal downtime on facilities and that every area of the Health Club is cleaned to the highest, most pristine standard at all times Effortlessly liaising with contractors for specialist areas, ensuring that all regular, proactive maintenance is seamlessly completed Conducting regular, constructive check-ins and delivering meaningful performance reviews for your team; inspiring and energising your team to consistently drive exceptional standards Ensuring our Lifeguards are meticulously trained and fully competent, with all training carefully documented and recorded Providing thorough and welcoming training to new team members in the relevant areas, including the pool plant, host desk, changing rooms, and lawn games Taking ownership of Health & Safety responsibilities during your shift, always ensuring full compliance and guest well-being Regularly and attentively walking through all areas, including the Health Club, Lawn Games, The Den, and Little Glen, to ensure a seamless experience for guests Confidently performing Host duties when required, ensuring an engaging and enjoyable guest journey Actively engaging with our members and guests, building warm relationships and an understanding of their individual needs, enhancing their overall experience Supporting the Host team during periods of high footfall in the Health Club, ensuring the guest journey is not only maintained but elevated at every opportunity Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way The kind of person we're looking for: You have fantastic previous experience in a similar role, with evidence of the right mix of leadership, customer service, and operational expertise required to successfully manage a successful health club Fostering a positive and energetic environment, whilst managing a range of sometimes conflicting priorities are second nature to you Determined to create unforgettable experiences that get people talking about us and driving long term loyalty and love, you never stop asking the question is this the best we can do?
