We are seeking a versatile marketing professional with a focus on Event Management, specialized in planning, coordinating, executing and following up on conferences, trade shows and SEEBURGER events that enhance brand awareness and drive business objectives in the Benelux, Nordic, and UK regions.
As an event manager you will plan and implement marketing campaigns tailored to each event, ensuring they align with SEEBURGER’s goals and resonate with the target audience. It is a multifaceted role, involving planning, coordination, event creation, with an eye for detail to deliver experiences that engage attendees and drive the desired outcomes. You are part of North European marketing, working closely with both the regional sales team and the corporate marketing team when planning the overall event plan.
You will report to our Marketing Director Northern Europe, based in Stockholm, Sweden. We have our office in Uxbridge, London, UK, where we offer a hybrid working environment, a modern company culture with flexibility, individuality, creativity and open communication at all levels of the business.
* Planning events and concepts together with the regional teams in Northern Europe.
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure event success.
* Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to create pre-event marketing campaigns, event materials and digital content to promote the events and boost awareness.
* Create content and leverage social media, emails and other channels to engage potential attendees and generate leads.
* Manage the contact and relationships with event organisers.
* Managing budgets and timelines for multiple events.
* Analyzing event performance and results as well as planning of relevant follow-up activities including feedback for improvements.
* Be prepared and open to support the sales and marketing team with various tasks that arise - not only related to events but marketing in general.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing B2B events, fairs, conferences or corporate meetings.
* You are probably working in a similar role today with experience in managing events from start to finish.
* Proven track record of managing both in-house and external events, with demonstrated success in delivering high-quality experiences.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Social and forward-thinking.
* High integrity and the ability to manage a steep learning curve to understand our offering and our customers' challenges.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and engage with senior stakeholders.
* Native/fluent in English, as communication will be done in English.
