Provide advice and guidance on quality and governance matters to the Business Partner and wider practice team. Complaints Management Act as the primary point of contact for all practice-related complaints. Ensure the complaints procedure is followed according to established guidelines. Log and track all complaints, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. Prepare reports summarising complaint trends and lessons learned. Significant Event Analysis (SEA) Coordinate the documentation, review, and analysis of significant events. Organise SEA meetings and ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proven ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively Desirable Familiarity with NHS complaints procedures and significant event analysis.
