You will act as a main point for a range of clients. You will work independently and handle your caseload across all areas of Italian law and Italian citizenship. You will be responsible for a range of matter activities, including managing client matters from start to end, conducting calls with clients and understanding the intricacies of their cases, managing the onboarding of new clients and entering their data in our CMS, matter closure and routine client and matter data management. In addition, you will be expected to maintain seamless communication with the Director to ensure smooth coordination and successful outcomes. If you are passionate, fearless and eager to challenge the status quo, then please apply today What You Will Do: Manage own caseload of private clients and provide advice on complex Italian citizenship and immigration matters. Actively manage and develop client relationships, including daily contact with key clients, preparing legal documents for private individuals across all areas of Italian citizenship and immigration law, and liaising directly with the Italian Authorities. Design, develop, and implement or improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, support scalability, and ensure quality. Work to simplify and automate legal processes and flows. Provide excellent customer service to colleagues at all levels, both within and outside the legal team, by responding to inquiries and requests for assistance in a timely and professional manner. Supervision of junior team members to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities. Prepare draft documents, including notes of advice, and conduct legal research on Italian law matters. You will have a professional, proactive approach, and strong client care skills and be interested in Business Development and Marketing to supplement the substantial work volumes brought in by the company. Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as legal research, general admin, and email writing as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Correspondence with third parties. Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal department providing paralegal support, as well as handling legal operations. Be a qualified Italian lawyer is a plus. Proven project management skills to consistently complete projects on time with great attention to detail; capability to handle multiple assignments and manage major projects to successful completion. Ability to effectively create and implement new and scalable processes. Experience in seeking ways to improve/enhance processes, find efficiencies, and think outside the box. High level of professionalism; ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with appropriate care Flexible mindset combined with technical knowledge and passion for innovation Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy. Proven experience with CRM and CMS, specifically Clio. Proficiency with Google Suits products, especially Google Sheets and Google Forms. Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills. Previous proven supervisory experience and working with key performance indicators. Experience or specialise in Italian law, especially on Italian citizenship matters. Proficiency in English and Italian, both verbal and written. Excellent networking and social skills. Adaptable with a good work ethic as well as an eagerness to learn. Excellent networking and communication skills with the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business. Track record of drafting and implementing policies and procedures as well as templates and contractual documents Strong organisational skills and time management Professional with a pro-active approach; excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters sensitively and resolve complicated practicalities involved in Immigration issues.
