Salary: £43,134 - £46,433 DOE

We are currently seeking a Charge Nurse to join our purpose-built facility in Nottinghamshire, providing acute adult mental health services.
Responsibilities:
* To lead by example and be a role model for the nursing team
* To support junior staff in their professional development, through excellent and effective clinical leadership, mentoring, teaching and sharing of knowledge and practice.
* Be motivated, flexible and ready to take on a new challenge
* Work as part of a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provides a clear pathway for the patients in your care.
Requirements:
* Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN Registration.
* Have a commitment to developing and delivering high quality care
* Possess, or be ready to develop effective decision-making skills
* Exceptional leadership skills, coupled with self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in our 24/7 operational environment, which includes weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
