A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Disrepair Paralegal, Solicitor or Legal Executive (Fee Earner) to join my clients growing team in their Liverpool offices.\n\nYou will be responsible for your own case load, and you will deal with all aspects of running a case. Previous experience of running a housing disrepair caseload is ideal.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception to completion\n• Conduct investigations into disrepair claims, gathering evidence and supporting documentation\n• Liaise with clients, landlords, and relevant third parties to negotiate settlements\n• Prepare legal documents, including letters of claim and court proceedings\n• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings when necessary\n• Provide advice and guidance to clients on their legal rights and options\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\n• Experience in managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims.\n• Paralegal, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive\n• Legal practice course (LPC) qualification\n• Experience working with vulnerable clients or in social housing law\n\nBenefits:\n\n• Offices based in the heart of the city centre\n•Excellent commuter links\n• State of the art technology\n• 32 days annual leave inc. bank holidays\n• Excellent social activities\n• Bonus scheme\n• Actively involved in numerous charity and fundraising events\n• Flexible working hours\n\nShould you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.\n\nPlease Note: Due to the number of applications we receive we may be unable to respond to every application directly.
