We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.
We have an opportunity within our Sales and Client Success team to join them as an Onboarding Team Leader.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Hemel Hempstead office. The role will follow a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
* Lead a small team to successfully complete the day-to-day requirements of their role with accuracy, whilst identifying and implementing improvements.
* Build excellent working relationships with colleagues, as well as new or existing customers switching providers or products. Manage and co-ordinate all onboarding activities between relevant parties.
* Complete reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly).
* Monitoring and managing KPIs and customer NPS scores.
* Collaborate with Technology to enhance CRM sales performance, including building dashboards and reports.
* Provide team support and training, including conducting quality assurance (QA) reviews, performance reviews (PRs), and other related activities.
To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to:
* Demonstrate experience in leading change initiatives and supporting a team to find solutions to challenges.
* Train up in performing the technical aspects of imports to support Onboarding Executives during busy periods.
* Analyse data, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and present findings clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
* Demonstrate proven experience in Customer Service or Sales Onboarding.
* Have experience in managing a small team.
