About the role
As a Meet and Greet Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees as they enter our organization's premises. You will serve as the first point of contact and the face of the company, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all individuals who visit our office.
Reports to: Home Manager
Skills and attributes
1. Excellent IT skills, including a proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and have the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
3. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
4. An ability to learn new skills and develop within the role.
5. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential.
