Excellent team Hybrid Working Supportive management Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker: To protect adults at risk by robust assessments and the use of safeguarding procedures with an emphasis on making safeguarding personal. To assess the needs of Adults and their Carers in line with LB Bromley procedures based on the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation. With the Adult and Carer, formulate and implement personal budgets and support plans Monitor, review and evaluate support plans including direct payments in order to ensure that they are consistent with eligible need. Provide supervision, support and advice to other team members and deputies for the Team Leader.
