We are thrilled to be recruiting exclusively for a long-standing client who is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their successful team. This role has opened up due to the company's growth, and we are looking for someone who can help take the business to the next level.

This office-based role is crucial for building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in account management, sales, or business development.
Cultivate existing customer accounts and promote additional products
Act as the primary contact, addressing client needs
Track customer satisfaction and develop strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty
Customise solutions to meet customer requirements
Perform regular market research to spot trends and growth opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, and Operations for smooth delivery
Engage with new customers through email and social media
