TRC has been given an opportunity from an outstanding provider of nursing and residential homes to headhunt the ideal Regional Care Trainer to join their team!
Our client is looking for someone who has a background in classroom raining of internal social care modules as well as experience of providing training on technology systems such as EMars and Nourish. The role will include being responsible for developing the competence of their employees by participating in the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development events with particular reference to systems training.

Responsibilities:
* To contribute to the delivery and evaluation of group-wide projects, notably induction, mandatory and system-specific training.
* To ensure that induction and relevant work-based knowledge standards are met in induction and CPD processes
* To plan with the training teams for the delivery of induction and CPD events.
* To actively deliver group induction, and mandatory and specific system training for employees and managers. This will involve working closely with the training team and wider business.
