The project will be a fully bespoke, tailored conveyancing offering with fixed fees and a low volume caseload per lawyer – possibly 5 instructions per week, c60 (maximum) cases running at any time. And there will be a simple fixed fees structure for all transactions with a two-tier pricing. So this is very different to the majority of high volume conveyancing departments.
