Fit Out & Refurb Project Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

The Role:
As a project manager in our Interiors division, you will have proven experience as a successful Project Manager with experience in interior fit-out and refurbishment. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k-£5m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end user clients and consultants. The majority of the work will be mainly in the Midlands & London region. However, the business has sales offices operating out of 4 locations, so there will be a requirement for work nationwide.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
1. Assist with pre-construction process including cost plans
2. Working closely with site management team and other Project Managers
3. Site inspections
4. Quality control
5. Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown
6. Building survey and analysis
7. Cost tracking reports
8. Responsibility for active work site(s)
9. Programme management
10. Cost control
11. Working with H&S manager/consultant to maintain high standards of safety
12. Procurement
13. Conversant with bills & contracts
14. Contract correspondence
Candidate Requirements:
1. Microsoft Project (essential)
2. Excel (essential) / Word (essential) / Teams (essential) / Zoom
3. Good clear communicator, both within inter-business departments and clients (essential)
4. Construction knowledge (essential)
5. Building Control knowledge (essential)
6. Knowledge of HVAC systems / M&E / Structured Cabling
7. Prince2 or AMP, MSP an advantage
8. AutoCAD/Revit knowledge an advantage
9. Cost Control and budgeting experience (essential)
10. Confident in assisting with client pitching
11. Experience in managing a team of co-workers
12. Experience in JCT Contracts, in contract Valuations/Payment applications
13. Strong company values, ethics and team player
14. Membership of RICS, BIBA, AMP, CIOB etc an advantage
