We are recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-growing business based in Hertford, offering a welcoming, family-feel environment.
In this role, working closely with the Operations team, you will take full ownership of warehouse and store operations, playing a key role in shaping future processes as the company scales.
Your responsibilities will include managing supply chains, coordinating shipments, and ensuring seamless delivery processes.

Key responsibilities:
* Monitoring supply chains and shipments for timely deliveries
* Communicating regularly with clients and suppliers, providing updates and liaising for information
* Processing export documentation for international deliveries
* Coordinating shipment schedules, handling documentation, invoices, and packing goods
* Managing returns, customer and supplier correspondence, and credit processes
* Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
* Identifying and resolving errors, ensuring ISO9001 compliance, and preventing issues
* Stock management, including booking goods, monitoring levels, and minimizing aged stock
* Ensuring order and shipping document accuracy
* Monitoring order due dates and meeting deadlines
* Processing job stock issues for the service department
What the employer is looking for:
* 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with multitasking ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
* Self-motivated with strong initiative
* Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
