This role will support the delivery, planning, reporting and co-ordination of specific vehicle or unit projects as a Project Analyst within an agile team, you will be involved in a kaleidoscope of activities supporting the Domain Scrum Master with the progression of daily activities including (but not limited to) interacting with a large cross functional team across multiple locations requesting updates, chasing status and next steps. Obtaining commitments for activities, compiling and progressing specific activities to support the efficient delivery of workstreams to meet key milestones and gateways. These mostly involve agile cadence and ceremonies and supporting the same.,
* Support agile ceremonies
* Support preparation ahead of agile ceremonies for effective running and outcome of the same.
* Support impediment and risk management reviews and ensure all impediments and risk dates/details are latest and relevant as required.
* Support planning/management of domain product backlog by ensuring the backlog is all up to date and relevant to product increment & sprint(s)
* Capture retrospective lessons learnt and relevant actions to share with wider stakeholders and ensure progression.
* Support product increment planning and organisation
* Organise and manage agendas for agile ceremonies
* Manage agile cadence calendars based on agenda to ensure smooth and effective running/ adding high value.
* Support change management & parts release via relevant cadence
* Organising and managing sprint metrics to support product backlog delivery and showcase events
* Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
* Ensuring Jira and confluence environment is effectively mapped to support delivery of product increments
* Ensure various Jira scrum boards used by domain team are up to date with relevant information to aid effective running of ceremonies & quicker decision making.
* Strong communication maintained with cross functional stakeholders and all agile groups and squads to carry out all the above.
Knowledge of agile mindset and methodologies / previous project support experience
* Ability to work with large cross-functional teams
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to build and maintain strong relationships and implement new ways of working
* Presentation skills
* Strong communication skills with an ability to run meetings in person and online with equal ease and confidence
* Agile Framework understanding and experience of running agile ceremonies, metrics and reviews.
* Robust knowledge of Jira JQL, Confluence, MS Excel.
