Job Description
Autin Dance Theatre are looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the Artistic Director and the wider team. This varied role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, logistics, communications, and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation's activities and events.
Salary Scale: £18,000 - £22,000 Pro-Rata/per annum across 5 days (depending on experience)
Working Days: Monday - Friday (role may require some evening and weekend working with time given back on lieu)
Working Hours: 9am/10am - 5pm/6pm (working hours can be flexible)
Contract Type: full-time for 6 months, renewable to 12 months pending funding
Location: Home working & Birmingham Based Office
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox and general office software.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
* A keen interest in the arts and events management is desirable.
