MacGregor and MacDuff is looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager at our kilt store just outside Edinburgh located by the airport. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to deliver a great in-store customer experience, to drive sales and become part of our expanding and ambitious team. Full training will be given for the role. Full Driving license preferred. Responsibilities Coaching and motivating your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service, Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered (full training will be given in regards to the kilt industry - no experience of the kilt industry is required), Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs, Experience preferable but not required: Ideally at least 6 months experience displaying managerial qualities, Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience, Self-motivated to achieve great results, Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment, Shows initiative and demonstrates a high work ethic, Please apply now for immediate consideration.
