Job Description: As a Junior Logistics Administrator, you will be a key part of the logistics team, supporting day-to-day operations and gaining hands-on experience in the world of international logistics. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the coordination of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation of fresh produce.
* Maintain and update accurate logistics records, ensuring that all data is precise and compliant with company standards.
* Communicate with international suppliers and transport partners to track and manage orders.
* Support the preparation of logistics documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance, and sales) to resolve logistics-related issues.
* Help to manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment when necessary.
* Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide general administrative support to the logistics department as needed.
