Support the Communications and Engagement teams in the implementation of a strategy and plan aligned to the Trusts aims and objectives Support the Communications and Engagement teams to ensure our story is told in a compelling and effective way Support the Communications Team in the production and delivery of engaging internal communications by producing internal communications e-bulletins and intranet content Create engaging, inspiring and innovative content for social media and other digital platforms, including graphics and video Manage the day to day updates of the Trusts website and intranet with content that complies with digital accessibility requirements Develop impactful and concise content for external communications purposes Support content development for various publications, including News@Medway Monitor social media, website, intranet and internal communications channels. Produce reports on the performance of our digital channels Use analytics to understand the impact of Trust communications and inform improvements across all internal and external channels Ensure consistent use of the Trusts brand and compliance with brand guidelines Build effective relationships with a range of internal stakeholders Build relationships with colleagues in partner and external stakeholder organisations Organisation of and attendance at events for staff and external stakeholders Support the team in handling media enquiries Administration of the Communications and Engagement teams procurement processes Other ad-hoc communications and administration tasks to support the Communications and Engagement teams and Director of Communications and Engagement.
