As a UK Data Team Adviser, you will be working in a multi-channel customer support environment providing an effortless customer experience. You will be building customer loyalty whilst promoting our value proposition.
What you will be doing:
1. Providing an effective ability to maintain, implement and monitor accurate customer data to support E2E order to cash process within SAP.
2. To maintain and monitor all Customer Master Data Records including creations, deletions and amendments with emphasis on ensuring they conform within the Customer Structure and Data Quality Policies.
3. This role requires you to be a problem solver in the moment and able to find solutions and resolutions to customer issues and enquiries. You will also be a guardian of UK Data and educate all employees on ethical and compliant use of data.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with all Stakeholders to understand and influence Data Policies.
* Understands importance of Data and Data governance to the business
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and aptitude for new processes.
* Contribute new ideas and drive continuous improvement in the department.
* Effective time management – able to work independently.
* Being RS brand ambassadors and holding seamless, personal & progressive in every interaction with customers and employees.
* Ability to spot sales opportunities for growth.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems.
