We are on the lookout for a dedicated People Business Partner with a background working in global matrixed environments and experience supporting large charge management programmes. This is a hybrid role, offering 3 days per week from home.
Client Details
You will be joining a global business, with over 2,000 employees spread across the world. This role sits in a team of 4 other Business Partners and will provide support to the commercial function of circa 150 employees in several different countries. There is a high performing culture within the organisation and plenty of professional development on offer.
Description
The People Business Partner will be responsible for:
1. Playing a vital role in the implementation of People strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy during change cycles.
2. Supporting business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention.
3. Nurturing a positive working environment.
4. Providing support for People Team initiatives, bringing a solution-focused mindset.
5. Partnering closely with line managers to build strong relationships and provide sound advice on People related queries.
Profile
A successful People Business Partner should have:
1. Demonstrable experience working as a People Business Partner in previous roles.
2. Experience working within a large, global organisation.
3. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
4. A dynamic approach.
Job Offer
An salary of circa £60,000 per annum.
A generous holiday leave of 25 days annually, plus 3 additional discretionary days off during the holiday season.
