Responsibilities:
1. You identify new sales opportunities by systematic market analysis and initiate sales opportunities through personal contact with prospective clients. You are responsible from initial contact until the successful conclusion of the sales process.
2. You maintain and develop relationships with existing pharma, biotech, and academic clients, and expand your sales regions and product markets according to strategic goals.
3. You identify key decision-makers within prospective clients, arrange client visits with appropriate Eppendorf personnel, and present products at the client's site. You also identify future needs.
4. You inform customers about potential applications of all other Eppendorf products and relay any interest to the appropriate sales personnel.
5. You actively support marketing functions, bioprocess promotion activities, and represent Eppendorf at trade shows and transnational bioprocess conferences to strengthen brand reputation and recognition.
6. You address service requests and forward them to the Eppendorf Bioprocess Center (EBC) support team if necessary.
Required Expertise:
* Academic degree in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience and deep knowledge in Bioprocess.
* Experience with MS Office products and CRM systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Flexibility and high willingness to travel within and outside the Northern European Sales region (30-40%).
* Strong customer focus, collaborative nature, and results-driven working style.
* Ability to create trust through reliability, openness, and authenticity.
