UKI Tax - Senior Manager - International Tax and Transaction Services - Mergers and Acquisitions
We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) tax team, working within our International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS), who are recognised as being leaders in cross border M&A. You will be working with some of the largest corporations in the world, advising them on their M&A deals. We are looking for someone to be based in Manchester.
You will be working with sector-leading Partners who are well known and respected in the market. You’ll also be working with a high performing team who have advised on many high profile and market leading transactions over the past few years.
It is a great time to join the team who have expanded exponentially in recent years and are continuing to grow. You’ll be at the forefront of helping our clients navigate the market challenges on an international scale.
The opportunity
In this team, you will get wide-ranging experience in all the core areas of the deal cycle, including tax structuring, sell and buy side tax due diligence, funds flows, SPA reviews and refinancings.
As deal advisers, International Transaction Tax team members not only get good UK tax technical experience but also gain a commercial understanding of what is important to our clients in a deal context. As a large part of ITTS work is cross-border, you will also have an early introduction to international structuring techniques and overseas tax regimes.
We are currently looking to expand our Corporate M&A Tax team and are keen to speak with experienced Tax Managers and Senior Managers.
