IT Provisioning Coordinator
Workplace IT is the UKâs leading provider of IT Outsourced Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living and Specialist Education Sector.
We predominantly support medium and enterprise level Commercial, NFP (Not For Profit) and Public Sector owned organisations with multiple locations and people across the UK.
We are currently looking for an additional IT Coordinator to support the existing busy team.
The Role
Monitor, Manage and Coordinator all change management request tickets.
Manage multiple ticket boards simultaneously on behalf of multiple clients.
Allocate and schedule change management requests to a dedicated Provisioning team.
Oversee escalated tickets to third party IT and Telecom companies.
Move / reschedule provisioning tickets following delays, changes and unexpected events.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAâs) are met and engineers remain on track.
Communicate updates to clients by telephone, email and within the ticketing system.
Ensure information in our client management system is always up to date.
Manage stock coming in to our offices and direct to client sites.
Manage goods being shipped to clients around the UK.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
Work closely and in conjunction with the Provisioning Team Leader.
About You
We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational capabilities.
You will be happy working in a very fast paced environment managing multiple priorities.
You will be happy working in an environment where needs change by the minute.
You will need to have a very keen eye for detail.
You are happy to pick up the phone and update clients and then confirm by email.
You will need have a strong personality to keep IT engineers on track.
Whilst not essential a good understanding of UK Geography would be advantageous.
You should have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).
You do not need to understand IT but a keen interest in technology would be an advantage.
Renumeration and Benefits:
Basic Salary £27.500 to £30,000 (DOE)

Working Pattern:
9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Working Location:
You can be based from home.
We operate a hybrid working environment where you will be expected to be in the Kingâs Lynn office a minimum of one fixed day per week with your team.
You maybe required to be in the office on other days based on business or client requirements.
You should therefore have a permanent residence within a 60 to 90 minute commute of our Kingâs Lynn office.
You must have a dedicated space for home working.
Interview Process:
30 X Minute Microsoft Teams Interview.
60 x Minute Face to Face Interview in King's Lynn.
