As the Accounts Executive, you will work in a varied and busy role, with duties surrounding Account Management, Reporting, and Accounts Administration. The perfect mixture for someone with a strong financial background, exceptional organisational skills along with a 'can-do' attitude!
Key job duties
1. Manage sales and purchase ledgers
2. Oversee credit control and ensure timely payments
3. Perform general ledger reconciliations
4. Assist with month-end and year-end processes including prepayments
5. Produce monthly reports
Candidate attributes
1. AAT Level 3 qualified (Minimum)
2. Strong experience with Sage Accounting software
3. IT Literate (Particularly Excel including lookups and pivot tables)
4. Highly organised, with an exceptional eye for detail
