Job title: Principal Process Engineer
Location: Barrow-In-Furness
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
What you'll be doing:
1. Support and make a real impact to the SSNA Project.
2. Change how production is carried out within our facilities, influencing change and establishing requirements for a new Production Line Operating Model.
3. Bring forward fresh, innovative ideas for Process Improvement while appreciating the current production methods.
4. Support business cases for operations improvements using your knowledge and expertise.
5. Deploy new industrial capabilities and technologies, becoming Future Subject Matter Experts.
6. Build and manage relationships with facility owners and Contractors, networking and interfacing cross-functionally.
Your skills and experiences:
1. HNC with extensive Engineering/Operations experience OR appropriate degree with some Engineering/Operations experience.
2. Experience of Engineering oversight to major projects, oversight of facility configuration and management of system/facility health.
3. Experience in facility and site management/process mapping.
4. People management and networking experience.

The Build & Test (SSNA Infrastructure) team:
Your new team will consist of experienced, proactive individuals who oversee and lead change within our business. You'll have the opportunity to improve and implement new processes on the production of these projects.
