Job descriptionIn this newly created role, you will be a critical member of our Senior Executive Team, reporting directly into the Director of Human Resources. You will be responsible for supporting and leading on the development of over 7,000 staff across multiple locations throughout England and Wales. An important part of the role will be effectively managing and challenging our most senior stakeholders, including our Land Registry Board, our Directors, Deputy Directors and our wider leadership groups.Person specification To be successful in this role you will be a strategic thinker who is CIPD qualified and experienced in diagnosing, developing and delivering Organisation Design and Development (OD&D) solutions at pace in a range of contexts. With experience of working in a complex and matrix-based organisation with competing demands, you will have the ability to deliver results through others. You will be an excellent communicator and a great collaborator who is able to evidence building and maintaining highly effective stakeholder relationships at all levels.
