This independently owned group is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
This group understands the importance of balancing family life with veterinary life and is more than happy to offer a flexible working pattern to work around your lifestyle. The rota is effectively balancing your workload and full theatre days. Lunch is taken over an hour with time to return calls sliced into your diary daily.
The team consists of 65 members of staff, made up of Vets, Nurses, and Commercial Support. Over half of our veterinary team hold a certificate, and numerous others are currently studying for a cert, meaning that you will be surrounded by talent keen to help and support you.
Since opening, the team has nurtured many veterinary careers. Regardless of the length of career at the point of joining, our responsibility is to ensure you have a clearly defined career path. Many new grad vets have used time at this practice to launch into a residency, study & complete certificates, and a few have left to go traveling and return to work afterward. Some of their team have even made it to Partner level.
The surgery has a full lab, excellent cardio level ultrasound, DR X-Ray, CT, Scopes, and Dental X Ray. Consult times are a minimum of 20 minutes for a routine, higher for everything else. They don’t charge registered clients at the point of euthanasia and will not euthanize an XL Bully.
