About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insolvency Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in insolvency to work within a supportive environment and gain exposure to a variety of cases, including Liquidations, Administrations, and Voluntary Arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the management of insolvency cases from cradle to grave, including CVLs, MVLs, ADMs, and IVAs. Drafting and preparing statutory reports, notices, and correspondence with creditors and other stakeholders. Assisting with case investigations, including asset realisation, creditor claims, and financial analysis. Communicating with directors, creditors, and other professionals in a professional and timely manner. Ensuring compliance with all relevant insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements. Attending and preparing documentation for meetings, including creditors' meetings and decision procedures. Maintaining accurate case records and updating internal systems. Supporting senior team members with complex cases and tasks as required. Key Requirements: Previous experience in an insolvency role (1 years preferred). Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and relevant legislation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using insolvency software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
